Over the past few years, the coffee and doughnut operation has grown to the point that it is too large for one person to manage.  Therefore, beginning with the 3^rd Sunday in July, we will begin a four-team rotation to cover our Sundays. 

The teams will consist of five to six individuals, with one of the individuals serving as Team Captain.  So far we have two volunteers to serve as Team Captains – Jens Faaborg and Sean Yeronick.  We are looking for two additional volunteers to serve as Captains.  Brian Carroll and/or Kevin Craddock will provide training to the Team Captains.

With a four-team rotation, each team will be responsible for only 5 Sundays during the course of the year.  The schedule will be announced in the August Newsletter so that Team Captains and members will know as early as possible when they will be working the concession.  We will use this activity as a means of introducing our newest members to their brother Knights and getting them involved with Council activities.
